Now Foods, Rhodiola - Arctic Root

Artic Root (Rhodiola Rosea) provides more energy, and improves mood. That's the reason I take Now Food's Rhodiola before workouts. Usually it's best to take this at morning with breakfast, and you feel better all day. Now Food's Rhodiola supplement is cheapest I have tried yet, and I don't think the quality is high as with Swedish Herbal Institutes "Arctic Root". For a tight budged, this is a good alternative.

Review: Doctor's Best, Best Hyaluronic Acid, with Chondroitin Sulfate does make my skin healthier, but it helps most with my join health. My joints are less stiff, and I'm feeling so much better day after the workout. I didn't expect so much improvement within my joint health, but seems to help a lot. I've been taking previously Glucosamine and MSM for my joint health, but they weren't as effective as this.

I’ve been recovering from multiple ACL knee surgeries, and this is one of the products I continue using. This product isn’t for Vegetarians. Doctor's Best, Best Hyaluronic Acid is fairly cheap. Of course I’d prefer one per day serving size, but with this price 2 per day is fair enough.
