Now Foods, Rhodiola - Arctic Root

Artic Root (Rhodiola Rosea) provides more energy, and improves mood. That's the reason I take Now Food's Rhodiola before workouts. Usually it's best to take this at morning with breakfast, and you feel better all day. Now Food's Rhodiola supplement is cheapest I have tried yet, and I don't think the quality is high as with Swedish Herbal Institutes "Arctic Root". For a tight budged, this is a good alternative.
