iHerb review: Superior Source, Vitamin K2, 100 mcg, 60 Microlingual Instant Dissolve Tablets
I’ve been suffering from knee pains for 13 years, and I have gone through multiple ACL surgeries. There’s still at least one knee surgery coming later this year. I’ve been trying various health products from iHerb to relieve knee pain. Superior source’s Vitamin K2 , 100 mcg, seem to help rather nicely with joint damage (bone-to-bone contacts thanks to Osteoarthritis of Knee). Menaquinone-7, should be the best form of Vitamin K2. I like the quick dissolving tablets, and serving size is only one tablet per day. I don’t like to eat dozens of tablets everyday. :) I have used Superior Source’s products before, and these provides great quality once again.

I was looking for the best collagen type II product for skin, and Ageless Foundation Laboratories, UltraDerm Gold, Collagen Booster came up with the iherb search. It has nice amount of Hydrolyzed Collagen Type II and other good ingredients for the skin health. I was surprised to see that there were no other reviews about this product. I have noticed that my skin feels much better after taking this for weeks. First the skin went slightly worse, because it removed skin impurities and waste, but now the skin is much more softer, elastic and cleaner. Price isn’t the cheapest, but this is truly a great quality product.

This is better than the caffeine or taurine for boosting my training days. I haven't noticed any side-effects. Although I don't take these daily, so my body doesn't build any tolerance. Great guarana product with a cheap price.

iHerb review: Country Life, Gluten Free, Maxi-Hair, Time Release, 90 Tablets
First of all: You might wonder why there are two identically priced Country Life, Maxi-Hair, Time Release products on iHerb. They have all the same ingredients, but the shipping weight is different. This is a “lighter version” , because the tablets comes in a plastic bottle (instead of a glass bottle). I prefer this (plastic), because it saves plenty on the shipping cost (International customer). I just wish I have noticed the difference sooner. :) This is a high quality nourishment for your hair, skin and nails. You’ll see the difference within a month. This has so many vitamins, that you can leave your multivitamins aside. Making this pretty much bargain priced. Take time-release-tablets twice a day with food for maximum absorption. I think this is is one of the best products on iHerb. Me recommends!

I have tried different instant coffees from iHerb lately, and I was curious when I read about Longreen Corporation’s Reishi Coffee (Mix of Reishi Mushroom + Columbian Coffee). Reishi mushroom should support a healthy immune system, and much more. There are many other health benefits with Reishi Mushroom. As for the taste. First I was ready to give this 1 star rating, but after couple of cups I got used with the taste, and now I think it’s the best instant coffee I have tasted! I prefer my coffee with splash of milk. If you drink your coffee black, you might want to see other reviews. :) I don’t like the small packets though. If you wish to get all the powder out easily, I suggest using scissors. With special price, make sure you test this coffee!
