Review: Hyland's, Seasonal Allergy Relief, 60 Quick-Dissolving Tablets

Another great product from Hyland's. These tablets dissolves almost instantly, and relief seasonal allergy symptoms really fast without any side effects. Only downside is that I have to use these many times a day during the worst seasonal allergy periods. Highly recommended for anyone suffering from seasonal allergy!

Review: Source Naturals, GABA Calm, Peppermint Flavored Sublingual, 10 Tablets

Gaba calm does calm me down a bit, but the peppermint taste if way too bitter and strong. Tablets dissolve really slow, and the calming effect is pretty minimal. You might want to test this with this sample/free package first.

I don't know if this tea helps much with my diet, but this tea does taste good, and is really refreshing. "Healthy Fasting" tea is also great evening/night tea, as it doesn't contain caffeine. I like liquorice and cinnamon taste. There are so many different tastes that you can find within this tea. I just wish that this would come in larger packages (and cheaper), as this tea runs out really fast in our family.
